Zainside ("we", "us", "our") is an operational analysis platform based in Australia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our services. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Account Data
Name, email address, password (stored as a secure hash). Collected when you register.
Startup Submission Data
Business names, descriptions, industry, stage, revenue figures, team size, runway, and any other details you voluntarily enter into analysis forms.
Analysis Outputs
The AI-generated reports, scores, and insights produced in response to your submissions. Stored against your account.
Usage Data
Pages visited, features used, analysis count, timestamps. Collected automatically via server logs.
Payment Data
Billing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store card numbers or full payment credentials on our servers.
Referral Data
If you arrive via a referral link, we record the referral source for commission tracking purposes.
We do not use your startup data to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.
Zainside uses third-party AI processing services to generate analysis outputs. When you submit information for analysis, the data you provide is transmitted to these services for processing. These providers operate under their own privacy and data handling policies and are contractually required to process data only for the purpose of delivering the analysis service.
By using Zainside, you consent to your submitted data being processed by our AI service providers for the sole purpose of generating your analysis. We do not permit these providers to use your data for model training or any other purpose beyond service delivery.
We recommend you do not include personally identifiable information about third parties, sensitive personal data, or confidential trade secrets belonging to others in your submissions. Submit only information you are comfortable transmitting through a cloud-based analysis service.

We retain your account and analysis data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for legal and operational purposes.

However, no system is completely secure — you use the Platform at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Zainside uses session cookies for authentication purposes only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may prevent you from logging in.

Each third-party provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We select providers who meet appropriate data protection standards.
Some of our third-party providers (including Anthropic) process data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure those providers handle your information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. By using the Platform, you consent to this cross-border disclosure.
Zainside is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after an updated policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
